Dedicated display windows provide an overview of all pertinent workout
information: Time, Distance, Calories, Aerobic Points, Incline,
Speed and Pace . To help you determine the right degree of intensity
for a variable intensity workout, the maximum speed and incline
for each level is displayed prior to beginning. There are also indicators
for the warm up and cool down phases as well as self-diagnostics.
Workout
Options
The
ProPlusII Variable Intensity workouts include a 30-minute Cardio
and Interval program and a 40-minute Fat Burn and Endurance program,
each with 9 levels of intensity. With the press of one button, you
can Quick Start your workout or choose Manual to set your exercise
duration and intensity.
Custom
User Workouts
Create up to four of your own workouts without complicated programming.
Use the Learn feature to memorize speed and incline changes for
later replay. Each of the four custom workouts have been programmed
at the factory with Bill Phillips "Body for Life" recommended
cardio interval workouts.
